Report: Anheuser-Busch InBev to sell 11 European breweries - Business First of Louisville:

Le Soir said the world’s larges brewer was selling its central European operatione because it is fragmentedand non-strategic and planse to focus on its north and soutuh American operations instead, according to Reuters. The breweries are in Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Czecu Republic, Serbia and Montenegro. , Kohlberg Kravis Robertx and are among private equitgy groups that have expressed interest inthe assets, the Financial Times of London reported Monday.
