Atlanta-based and Charlotteville, Va.-based reported their planes for the property at 222Mitchell Street, but they did not disclosre financial terms of the deal. The 350,000-square-footf structure was built in stagese from 1929 to 1979on 2.1 acre and occupies the entire city block boundede by Spring, Forsyth, Mitchell and Nelson Orinda and Octagon will convertr the property into a rental building with 205 loft unites and more than 70,000 squard feet of commercial space. Occupancy is expectex in January 2011.
