Mary Charles, communications directo r for the city, said that 141 of the positions are filledd and that 275 are The cutsrepresent 10.2 perceng of the city’s work force of 4,066. In a release, the city said that additionak positions may beeliminated later. Of the 141 filledc positions eliminated, 123 are management and 18 arelabor positions.
