The HIDTA DMAs are designed toprovide policymakers, resource and law enforcement officials with a focused discussion of key drug-related issues and NDIC Intelligence Analysts prepared these reports through detailed collection and analysis of statistical data, information from law enforcementy and public health officials, and othert information to highlight significant trendds and law enforcement concerns related to the traffickinb and abuse of illicit NDIC has distributed the DMAs to all appropriat e federal, state, and local government and law enforcemeny agencies, as well as intelligencre organizations engaged in counternarcotics and drug control.
